Health information

Information about your physical or mental health is classed as special category personal data under UK data protection law and receives additional protection.

Where health information is required, I will only collect information that is relevant and necessary for assessing exercise suitability, managing risk and providing an appropriate service within my professional scope of practice.

Where required, I will ask for your explicit consent to process relevant health information. There may also be circumstances where information needs to be retained or used to meet legal or professional obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
